Where is my Activation Code?
Description Introduced in version 5, an Activation Code is required for use of Symphony Math in school environments. The Activation Code can be found in the School tab within your online Administration Panel.
Solution

School Administrators and Teachers:

  • Go to www.symphonylearning.com
  • Click School Login.
  • Enter your account information.
  • Click the Support tab.
  • The Activation Code is displayed in the left-hand window.

District Administrators:

  • Go to www.symphonylearning.com
  • Click School Login.
  • Enter your account information.
  • Click the Schools tab.
  • Each school account's Activation Code is displayed in the list. The district Activation Code is displayed at the bottom of the list.
Notes Either a district Activation Code or a school Activation Code can be used to register Symphony Math. If a district Activation Code is registered, students will start their session of Symphony Math by first choosing their school, then choosing their name from a list of students. If a school Activation Code is registered, students will start their session by just choosing their name.
