Administrative Access Overview
Description

There are six different levels of access available to perform administrative functions from the Symphony Learning Online Administration Panel. Each level of access has a varying degree of ability to control students, classes, licenses and more:

  • District Technical Admin (DTA)
This level of access is available for districts with 100 licenses or more. The District Technical Administrator can manage all student, teacher, class and administrator accounts. This level of access can also distribute licenses among campuses within the district and import large lists of students.
  • District Curriculum Admin (DAA)
The District Curriculum Administrator can run reports of all students and
    classes within the district.
  • School Technical Admin (STA)
The School Technical Administrator can manage all student, teacher, class and administrator accounts within the school and can import large lists of students. This is the highest level of access within a school and only one or two highly technical people should be given this level of access.
  • School Curriculum Admin (SCA)
The School Curriculum Administrator can run reports of all students and
    classes within the school.
  • Teacher
The teacher can access their own classes and students and can generate reports.
