| "Unable to Open File..." Messages in Network Installations | ||

| Description | If Symphony Math is installed in a shared computing (nComputing) or networked environment, multiple students can use the program at one time. In order for this type of use, the Symphony Learning folder and all enclosed files must be set to 'Read Only'. These settings are applied during initial installation, but may be altered if personnel make changes or a problem is encountered during an Automatic Update to the program. When this problem occurs, the following message will be displayed when more than one student tries to use Symphony Math:
