Symphony Math School-To-Home Instructions
Description All customers of Symphony Learning are entitled to use the Symphony Math program outside of school. Students may have access to home computers, or computers at a public afterschool program or library. The following instructions describe the setup of Symphony Math outside the school setting.
Procedure
  1. Download the Symphony Math School-to-Home template.
  2. Open the template file in Microsoft Word.
  3. Symphony Learning does not provide phone or email technical support for home users of Symphony Math. Please provide contact information at the top of the form so that families have a way to address any issues in the setup and use of Symphony Math.
  4. For EACH student that will receive the instructions, customize the School-to-Home template. DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD. Instead, use the student username and password. Usernames and passwords can be found on the Students page of the Online Administration Module.

When you follow the instructions above, students will only see their name on the signin screen when they use Symphony Math at home. This reduces the liklihood of students using the wrong name when they use the program.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Symphony Learning does not provide phone or email tech support for home users. As the school representative, you are responsible for helping your students with any issues in the installation and/or use of Symphony Math at home. Please make sure to place your contact information at the top of the School-to-Home template so that families have a way to address any issues in the setup and use of Symphony Math at home.
