Resolving Issue with Improper Screen Centering
Description An issue has been identified on certain Windows systems that causes the appearance of the Symphony Math program to appear "cut off". In these cases, some of the program functions, most usually the Exit button, are not accessible.
Solution

Follow these steps to install a patch that resolves this issue:

  • Download the .zip file containing the file from here: http://www.symphonylearning.com/downloads/connection.zip.
  • Unzip the file by right-clicking on it and choosing "Extract All". Choose your desktop as the destination.
  • Open the C:Program Files\Symphony Learning\Content folder. Replace the 'connection.cct' file in here with the one that you downloaded in the previous step.
Notes A permanent fix will be delivered in version 4.04 of Symphony Math.
